Dashcam Guide

Dash Cam General User Guide

The dash cam will automatically power on and start recording once the vehicle starts and power is supplied via the vehicle's power source (e.g., hardwire kit, cigarette lighter, or USB). No manual intervention is required.

If the device does not turn on automatically, press and hold the Power Button for 3–5 seconds until the screen lights up.

By default, the device enters Loop Recording mode upon startup. Video files are saved in segments (typically 1, 3, or 5 minutes). When the memory card is full, the oldest unprotected files will be overwritten automatically, eliminating the need for manual deletion.

Format the memory card in the dash cam's settings before first use or if recording errors occur.
Note: Please back up any important locked files before formatting, as all data will be erased.

You can enable Screen Saver mode (the screen turns off while recording to save power and minimize distractions). At night, turning off the backlight can help reduce reflections that may affect driving safety.

Check the power connection (ensure the hardwire kit or cigarette lighter adapter is securely plugged in), inspect for blown fuses, or check if the memory card is properly inserted (try re-inserting the card and restarting).

Format the memory card or check if the dash cam is overheating. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and ensure the cooling vents are clear of obstructions.

Manually delete unnecessary locked files or lower the G-Sensor sensitivity to prevent minor bumps from triggering excessive emergency locks.

24H Parking Monitor Hardwire Kit Installation Guide

3-lead Hardwire Kit Usb-C For Dash Cam Installation Introduction

Ensure the engine is completely turned off. Remove the key or turn off the "Push-to-Start" button.

  • Connect the Yellow wire (BATT/Constant Power) and the Red wire (ACC) to the fuse taps and tighten them securely.
  • Locate the fuse box near the driver’s seat and refer to your vehicle's fuse diagram.
  • Identify a Constant Power fuse slot, insert the original car fuse into the fuse tap, and plug the fuse tap back into the original slot.
  • Identify an ACC fuse slot and repeat the steps above.

Attach the Black wire (GND) to a nearby exposed metal bolt. Ensure it is firmly grounded for a stable connection.

Route the cable from the windshield, through the A-pillar, and along the door frame weatherstripping. Ensure all wiring is hidden and tidy.

  • Start the engine: The device should power on automatically.
  • Turn off & lock the car: The device should power off automatically.

  • While the device is on, connect via Wi-Fi to the app and enable the Parking Mode feature if needed.
  • If you do not require parking surveillance, you do not need to enable this; the device will simply turn on/off with the ignition.
  • Note: It is recommended to disable Parking Mode if the vehicle will be parked for an extended period to avoid battery drain.

The hardwire kit will automatically cut off power if the battery voltage drops too low, protecting your vehicle's battery from draining completely.

Installation Notes & Troubleshooting

Precautions

Some vehicle models feature a delayed power-off system. It is normal for the device to remain powered on for a few minutes (up to 30 minutes) after the engine is turned off.

Quick Troubleshooting Guide

Solution: Format the memory card via the App interface.

Solution: Restart both the dash cam and your smartphone, then try again.

Solution: Check the power cable, fuses, and the power interface connection.

Solution: Unstable grounding. Ensure the Black wire (GND/Negative) is securely fastened to a metal bolt.

Solution: Check for a loose power interface or memory card issues. Try formatting the card or replacing it with a high-speed card (Class 10/U3).

Solution: The ACC wire may be connected to a Constant Power slot. Reconnect it to a proper ACC fuse slot that switches off with the ignition.
