Autoradio Installation Guide

• Turn off the vehicle's ignition switch and remove the key (or ensure the push-to-start system is completely off) to ensure absolute safety during operation.
• Open the autoradio packaging and carefully verify that all included accessories and components are present.
• Retrieve the included plastic trim pry tool and any other necessary installation tools required for the process.
• Lay a soft cloth or protective mat over the center console area to prevent scratches or damage to the vehicle's interior trim.

• Before starting the actual installation, you must first remove the outer fascia panel to expose the mounting structure of the factory head unit.
• Insert the plastic trim pry tool into the gap and work your way gradually around the entire perimeter of the panel to loosen it.
• Do not pull or yank the panel with sudden, excessive force. Instead, release each internal trim clip one by one in a controlled, sequential order.
• Exercise caution throughout the process to prevent scratching the interior trim or snapping the delicate plastic clips.

• Once the outer fascia panel is completely removed, the mounting screws securing the factory head unit will be exposed.
• Unscrew and remove all the mounting screws that hold the head unit in place, one by one.
• Loosen and extract the screws in a balanced, sequential order to prevent any uneven tension or physical strain on the head unit structure.

• Once all mounting screws are removed, the head unit can be slid forward and extracted from its housing slot.
• Place both hands securely on the head unit and slowly pull the main chassis straight out from the dash cavity.
• Apply a steady and even grip throughout the pull. Avoid any sudden tugs or violent yanking to prevent interior scratches or broken trim clips.
• Once the head unit is completely pulled out, carefully unplug all wiring harnesses, antenna cables, and connectors from the rear interface.

• Unplug the wiring connectors from the back of the head unit one by one in a sequential order.
• Always press down on the locking tab before firmly pulling the connector straight out.
• Avoid pulling directly on the wires or exerting excessive force to prevent damaging the wiring harness or bending the internal terminals.

• Connect the factory wiring harness to the new head unit wiring harness securely and correctly.
• Connect all plugs one by one, matching them precisely according to their interface shapes and identification labels.
• Ensure that each plug is pushed all the way in and completely locked into position, establishing a solid connection with zero looseness.

• Once all wiring connections are completed, carefully guide the new head unit back to its original mounting position.
• Gently slide the new head unit into the dash cavity, making sure the wiring harness behind it is neatly tucked away and not pinched or crushed by the radio structure.

Test Checklist

• Confirm that the system boots up and launches normally without any errors.
• Verify that the touchscreen is highly responsive, accurate, and free of lag or delay.
• Check both the left and right audio channels to ensure proper balance and smooth volume adjustment.
• Ensure the head unit can successfully pair and connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
• Shift the vehicle into Reverse (R) to verify that the screen automatically and smoothly switches to the backup camera feed. (Note: If your vehicle is not equipped with this feature, you may skip this step).

IMPORTANT: Only reassemble and secure all dashboard panels and components after the basic functionality test is fully passed. This prevents the hassle of having to disassemble the dashboard a second time if troubleshooting is needed.

• Neatly organize the wiring harness and route it back to its original factory position. Ensure the cables are not pinched, bent, or left exposed.
• Reinstall the mounting screws for the head unit one by one and tighten them securely to fix the chassis in place.
• Align the center console panel precisely with the retaining clip slots and press it firmly back into place.
• Ensure all trim clips are fully engaged and locked in. There should be no loose parts, rattling, or visible gaps.
• Clear the installation area and double-check to ensure that all tools, hardware, and equipment have been completely removed from the vehicle.
• Inspect the new head unit system and the surrounding center console trim panels. Ensure there are no loose parts, rattling components, or visible gaps.
